SHADOWRIDGE PRESS, now in its 15th year, is a small press dedicated to an eclectic selection of new and old, fiction and non-fiction, in traditional publishing formats as well as Kindle and audiobooks. After a brief hiatus, we are relaunching with a new selection of titles and authors.

We came into existence in 2011 with our initial publication of Restitution by Tracy L. Carbone, quickly followed by The Proteus Cure, a collaboration between horror genre favorite F. Paul Wilson and Tracy L. Carbone, with additional books following from both authors. 2017 saw a significant expansion of the press, and an ever-growing list of authors including the legendary George Clayton Johnson, best known for The Twilight Zone and co-author of Logan’s Run and Ocean’s Eleven; dark fantasy master Dennis Etchison; Peter Atkins, famed screenwriter of Hellraiser II, III and IV, and Wishmaster; educator P. Gardner Goldsmith; New York Times best-selling author Stephen Woodworth; legendary pulp authors Manly Wade Wellman and Seabury Quinn, and even Edgar Allan Poe.

We are located in sunny Southern California, in a sleepy little hamlet nestled in the lazy, hazy hills just north of the bustling craziness that is Los Angeles.
